And, while you might think a trip to one of America's 50 greenest cities would be in order, a new study shows that the greenest aren't necessarily the cleanest.Thanks to smog-busting weather, and some significant investment in beatification efforts, four cities in Florida made it into the top 10 -- Jacksonville, Tamp-St.Petersburg, Orlando, and Miami (which took the number one spot).
